The Annual Report of the Director General Badilag from Religious Courts throughout Indonesia states that number divorces in Muslim families has increased over five years (2017-2021). increasing impacts childcare emotionally and physically because average age divorced couples is 20-40 old who still have children care, reaching 60%. This study aims to formulate a strategy reduce Indonesian create family resilience, especially for families. uses qualitative approach with descriptive analysis. They collected data using questionnaires, document studies religious court judges' decisions, interviews, literature studies. By mashed sharia theory on hifdu nasab aspect, this finds reducing divorce cases must be done holistically. stages begin internalization pre-marital education institutionalization official institutions (KUA). Furthermore, husband wife are given an understanding methods resolving marital conflicts revitalizing process examining courts. Thus, concludes what strengthen resilience prevent it upstream downstream.
